His philosophy is simple: to create meals that feel like home, but with a twist that surprises and delights. When not in the kitchen, Marco loves searching for new flavours and experimenting with new recipes. With a beautiful menu for you to order from. Trained by some of the best in the industry she has now branched out by herself to make a name for herself in Singapore then the world.
